Order Withdrawal Request

If you exercise your right of withdrawal after the goods have been shipped, you shall bear the direct cost of returning the goods to us.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the goods are defective, not as described, or otherwise non-compliant with the contract.

Where goods, by their nature, cannot normally be returned by post, you will be responsible for the actual cost of returning such goods. For hygiene and safety reasons, some items (such as worn clothing or opened protective gear) may not be eligible for return unless defective.
